How to return an item?
1. Please send us an email to

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
2. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Remember to include your dispatch note that came with the package.
3. Cover your original address label with our return address:

4. Return your package via your local Post Office, remembering to get proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Unfortunately we do not provide free returns, so you will need to cover the postage cost.
5. Once we receive your item(s) we will issue you a refund and you will be notified.
